Please note that some carriers will show “delivered” when the parcel arrives at the local facility, rather than to your home address. Kindly wait for the order to be delivered to your home address. If you still cannot locate your order, please check your residential area and/or with your neighbors to locate the parcel.  If you still cannot locate your order within 72 hours, please contact [email protected] or live chat within 30 days from placing your order, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take up to 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.

Chebeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/items that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Chebeauty LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If you have paid for Navidium Shipping Protection, then Chebeauty LLC will provide you with a replacement order/items free of charge.
