Most Chebeauty orders placed before 4:30 PM EST will ship the same day. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at  [email protected] within 2-3 hours of placing it. We will do our best to fulfil your request.

Please ensure that you include your order number in the subject line of your email. Once your order is canceled, we will process a refund to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your account.
