Damaged item claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order, along with photo evidence in order to ensure proper resolution.
Please send photos to [email protected] showing the packaging you received your order in, all the damaged and undamaged items that you received and a clear photo of the packing slip your order came with. Our customer support team will investigate your request and provide you with replacement items free of charge.
